Brown Squirrel Pickup Policy
Warehouse Hours: Monday, Friday, Saturday,
10:00 am – 7:30
pm;
Wednesday, Thursday 10:00 am -5:30 pm; Sunday 1:00 pm – 5:30
pm.
- Please check with the front office
to receive the proper paperwork for
pickups.
- Please inspect your furniture
carefully at the time of pickup. Brown Squirrel will assume
no liability for damage due to transportation
or customer neglect.
- If there
is concealed damage to customer pickups,
the customer will be responsible for
transporting the merchandise back to the store.
- Customers are responsible
for loading and tying in their pickups. As
a service to our customers,
Brown Squirrel
will load, tie down, and secure merchandise,
with the customer’s approval. However,
we will assume no responsibility for damage
to the furniture or the customer’s vehicle.
