Brown Squirrel Return Policy

  1. We will issue a full refund if we are notified of the problem, and the merchandise is returned within 2 days.  After 2 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned merchandise.  Absolutely NO returns after 7 days.
  2. There is a $50.00 stop charge when our delivery trucks pick up merchandise on any order being returned, for any reason.  This charge is due at the time our drivers pick up the merchandise.  You may return items yourself, but please ensure that all items are returned in the same condition that they were accepted in.  We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any returned item which has been soiled or damaged.
  3. All clearance merchandise is sold as-is, without warranty.  No returns or refunds will be allowed on clearance merchandise.
  4. All Special Order items require a non-refundable 20% deposit.  Special Orders are not returnable merchandise.
