Brown Squirrel Warranty Policy

Brown Squirrel guarantees that our furniture is free from known defects of material or workmanship.  Should any defects appear, and be reported to us within one year of the purchase date, Brown Squirrel will assume responsibility for repair. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, self-transportation damage, neglect, accidents, or normal wear. Nor does it cover the permanence of color or the wearing quality of covering materials on upholstered goods. This warranty will in no way cover clearance items or those sold “as is.”  Brown Squirrel will assume responsibility for transportation during this warranty period, on our regularly scheduled delivery routes. If outside the normal delivery area, the customer is responsible for transportation.
