Our expanding team seeks detail-oriented Office Clerks to join us at Brown Squirrel, be a crucial part of our success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for efficient office management.

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer requests efficiently.

  • Input and update data in the system to maintain accurate records.

  • Organize and file paperwork to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.

  • Act as a communication liaison between customers, staff, and management.

  • Facilitate smooth transactions and assist in the completion of sales orders.

  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
