Padding & ErgonomicsOur 1.8 density, 32 lb. compression seat foam is “GREEN” and CertiPUR certified – this hybrid foam is made with biophyls (soy oil). It is manufactured with Cargill polyol, which results in a 23% reduction in total energy demand for the product of foam and a 61% reduction in non- renewable energy use. In addition, this foam lessens the dependency on fossil fuels including foreign crude oils. The use of this hybrid foam reduces the environmental footprint by decreasing global warming emissions by 36%. It’s domestically manufactured and supports “Made in America”.
